Healing comes in many forms and through different modalities, in this space I hope to lead you to a group of trusted Healers that’s will walk with you through different parts of your journey. These are souls that have accompanied me through parts of mine and I trust them to treat you with the love and compassion they shared with me. Ana Lilia is an intuitive healer that uses the breath as a tool to help you heal from trauma, reprogram your beliefs, and feel more confident so you can manifest the life you desire. As the oldest daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico and a father who is an alcoholic, Ana understands that BIPOC communities have different traumas. This allows her to be compassionate and understanding of her client’s experiences. She supports her clients with her 1-1 in her RESET coaching program and her year long membership The Collective.

Andrea Marisol Bayón

I partner with others to witness their story and journey while they unearth and access the embodiment of their own healing.
My practice centers the experiences of those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and hold within themselves the experience of being disconnected from their land, family, ancestors, story, or personal autonomy. In our reconnection work, I will invite you to journey to a new or revisited awareness of sensations–the language of our bodies. In this space you will learn how to track your nervous system and offer a greater sense of relief through some helpful skills that are accessible for all. Once your body has been supported in new ways, and only if or when you feel ready, we can gently journey together to past experiences that may have gotten stuck in the body and are ready to be fully metabolized through.
Words can be very powerful, and sometimes as humans we can have a somatic experience where words don’t quite fit or do justice to the experience. In somatic work, we can honor the internal medicine that our ancestors have practiced for many years, the medicine that lives within our very DNA, while simultaneously connecting within the expression of our own unique selves.

Along my journey I come across those that are in the process of healing their relationship with money and are unable to meet the energy exchange for their session. As a firm believer in community and in taking care of each other, I believe these are opportunities for those that have reached that point of their journey and are now able to lend a helping hand. In many spaces I am asked to be a conduit for others to meet and help each other, in this space I aim to do just that, introduce those that are in need, to those that are able to help.
