Yo soy, Carina Ponce, I am an Intuitive Healer whose purpose is to first, help you connect to your own intuition, so that you can be the one that guides your path forward, and then walk with you as you heal and discover who you are.
La belleza in knowing who you are, is that once you step into your power, your light then brightens the path for others around you. Part of my journey is to ignite the light within you, so that you may light the path for the future generations.
Colonization has taught us to forget how to connect with ourselves, and that organized religions are the only path to connect with a being greater than ourselves. We’ve forgotten what our ancestors knew that God, Allah, The Divine, or whatever Santo you subscribe to, is within ourselves. I’m here to help guide your unlearning and reconnect with your Inner Power (Yo Soy).
To do this, I use various tools, such as Oracle Cards, Intuitive Readings, Energy Healing Sessions, and Intuitive Coaching. All services are tailored to your needs and are intuitively guided by a combination of your Higher Self, Sprit Guides, Ancestors, or Angels.

My services are all Intuitively Guided, meaning your Sprit will gently guide us along our journey together. To choose a service yourself, I suggest you first read into what each session below holds, often what you need will jump out at you and that’s how you know. If you’re unsure, however, try this: find a quiet place, take a few deep breaths, and ask yourself: What is it I seek that is ready to meet me in a place of Healing? Take another deep breath and allow yourself to be guided to the session your spirit is leading you to.
Although most of my services are one-on-one, I do offer a variety of monthly group sessions that are meant to support you in your journey between sessions. To find the next available class, check the Resources Tab.
As a service to conscious employers, I also offer a variety of corporate packages to help navigate the transition in work environment the collective is currently experiencing. These include: Guided Meditation Hour, Group Healing Session (for those who have experienced the loss of Team Members), Clearing Sessions (to help clear up energies of Team Members going through transitions). Energy Healing Session

Duration: 45-60min
For those working on the deeper wounds, recovering from trauma, or feeling stuck in their Healing Journey. This session is intended to help you release any stagnant energy and help you flow once more. During the session we will identify where your wounds are (stagnant energy) and intention the energy to Heal. Energy Sessions are similar to Reiki, in the sense that we connect with the Energy. I use meditation as a means to connect to you, as well as call in your Spiritual Guides. Together, we go on a Journey, to wherever your Soul needs Healing or clarity. These Journeys can be to your childhood, a past life, or to a future version of you that has guidance for you at this moment.
Ancestral Healing Inquiry
Ancestral Healing is a beautiful way to Honor your Ancestral Lineage. It is the process of actively agreeing to heal the wounds of those that came before you, and that plague your lineage to this day. By going through this process, you will effectively help your family Heal as a whole, for when one heals, we all heal.
This process is different for everyone, as I channel the Ancestors in your lineage that are ready to receive Healing during the initial Inquiry call. From there, I will put together a proposal that will identify the number of sessions I recommend, along with a proposed schedule. I will also include a quote for the energy exchange as well as available payment plans.
Coaching Packages

As you begin to rediscover not only what life has to offer, but what you want to co-create with life, let’s continue our journey together and discover your “I AM” within.
What coaching includes...
- We will work on connecting with your Intuition to establish an redefine your boundaries, to align with the version of you that is stepping forward.
- The higher purpose behind your painful experiences in this lifetime will be revealed during the meditation.
- I will then facilitate the opening of a door to move the old energy out and close the door afterwards. This is when the healing lights begin.
- You will be able to feel the support of your ancestors because this is the agreement you made with them on a soul level.
